Kelly Butcher designed and created the College App TrackerTM at the request of two of her clients whose children were struggling with keeping track of the various deadlines, types of college applications, and the different requirements mandated by each college.
Kelly’s oldest son is beginning his first year of college this fall and greatly benefitted from the College App Tracker. They conducted their own “hands-on” testing as they went through the application process. He had a specific place to keep all of the paper related to the application process and was able to find what he is looking for quickly and easily. The stress of searching for “lost” paperwork was gone.
Her younger son, a high school junior, has already started using the College App Tracker to store the multitude of incoming college brochures and to help him keep track of admissions testing dates and helpful websites for college and scholarship searches.
Kelly has a passion for helping others and values the one-on-one interaction between teacher and student. She is compassionate and empathetic to others’ situations.

Kelly is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and a member of the Austin chapter of NAPO. She has been trained in the Clear & Simple, Inc. methods of organizing.
